Christmas 2019 Deliveries
- Please note that orders must be received before 12pm!
- Orders received on Friday 20th December will be delivered on Monday 23rd December
- Orders received Monday 23rd December will be delivered on Tuesday 24th December

We dispatch all orders received before 11am on the same day where possible. All other orders will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery times are dependent upon the products which you order. Wherever possible, we have negotiated with the manufacturers and importers for free or reduced charges.
The list below is for guidance only and are based upon UK mainland (not highlands), but please rest assured that we will always let you know if delivery charges are applicable and an estimated date prior to processing your order.
- All products are delivered either by parcel or pallet depending on the weight and size
- Classic Slatwall Panels are usually delivered in 24 - 48 hours
- Deluxe Slatwall Panels are usually delivered in 2 - 3 days
Deliveries are normally made Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5.30pm
All palletised deliveries, including Slatwall Panels, Slatted Gondolas, Display Units and large bulky items will require Two persons for off-loading. The delivery driver is not our employee and is only insured to deliver the goods to the curb side. Your driver is not there to offload and carry the goods into your premises. Additionally, pallets are strapped with metal or plastic strapping and so you must have tools (pliers or wire cutter) that can cut through this. The driver is only obliged to deliver to curb side.
We require a signature for all deliveries. All deliveries should be signed for as "Unchecked" to assist with any claims. In the rare event of any obvious damage to the goods - please bring to the attention of the delivery driver and sign the delivery note indicating "Damaged" items. Please check all items before signing for the delivery. If you sign for everything as "Ok" we will be unable to claim for replacements should you have damages.
Any damages or shortages must be reported by 12pm the day following delivery. Failure to report under this term will result in no obligation by Trade Price Slatwall.
Please provide a contact number and note any delivery restrictions during checkout, this is especially important if your delivery address is unusual or difficult to find or has timed restrictions. Remember, pallet deliveries are often made with large articulated trucks, so will not be able to go on narrow streets.
Please note that our courier needs to be informed if there are any delivery restrictions. These can be red routes, access restrictions, delivery times or loading times. If there is anything you need to inform us about, please use the Additional Comments Box.
We must also draw your attention to delivery waiting times. If you are not available to receive your order, the driver will not wait and you will incur a further delivery charge.
As previously mentioned, the above is a guide only. Delivery times shall not be the essence of any order or contract and we can not be held liable for delays.
Slatboard & Slatwall want you to be entirely satisfied with your order.
We do not supply goods on a trial basis nor on sale or return. Prior to the return of any goods, you must contact us, in writing and within 7 days of delivery and subject to our agreement, the goods may be returned (we will provide you with a returns number). Any items must be returned to ourselves unused, undamaged and in original packaging with packaging and seals unbroken. In this case, you will be liable to a 20% re-stocking charge plus all delivery and collection costs to and from yourselves.
Slatboard & Slatwall are unable to accept the return of non stock items or goods on special order or that have been especially manufactured to required specification or amended from the original state.
If you are unable to inspect your goods at the time of delivery, please ensure that you sign "Unchecked". In the unlikely event that your order is received damaged, then please contact us on the same day of receipt. We will then organise repair, replacement or refund. Due to carrier's terms and conditions, we are unable to process any notifications outside this period.
Any refund will be made using the same method as your order and after returned goods are inspected by ourselves.
Should an item fail or develop a fault please contact us as soon as possible as many "faults" can be resolved quickly over the telephone.
If the item needs to be returned you must return the faulty item directly yourself. When the goods have been received, inspected and found to be faulty we will dispatch a replacement item to you as soon as possible. We cannot accept return of goods that have been dismantled or a self-repair has been attempted.
If the item is not found to be faulty it will be returned to you at your cost. This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.
